How Can I Place Order?

Please contact us to tell us your details requirements, our sales person will give you professional suggestion and make the PI.

What kind of payment do you accept?

30% T/T deposit, 70% balance payment against BL Copy. We also accept 100% L/C at sight and DP payment.

What is the minimum order quantity?

1x20gp or 1x40hq container based on dangerous cargoes. If you have another container shipped out from China, we accept small quantities and send them to your other supplier’s warehouse and load them together.

How long is the shelf life of spray paint?

3 years warranty, you can contact us if you have any questions during the warranty period!

What colors can be done?

You can choose color from our color chart, or customize based on RAL color / Pantone Color. Or you can provide your color sample.

Can I customize my own design?

Yes, you can make your own design. If you don’t have a design, you can send us a logo file and tell us what you want, and our designers will help you design it for free.

Can I customize the color sticker?

Yes, Chinese color sticker, English color sticker, Spanish color sticker, Russian color sticker, Hebrew color sticker,color sticker without text, etc. We can also customize according to your needs.

Can I replace the products damaged during shipping?

If you got damage products, please show us the photo/video and quantity, we will send you the same quantity for your next order for free.

Can I customized the paint?

Yes, we accept OEM orders. You can adjust design, net filling weight, color ring, color sticker, cap, actuactor etc.

When do I receive my order?

Full container quantity will finish production within 25 days after confirm the design and deposit.
